There is nothing I love more than coming home after Pure Barre in the morning and making an açai bowl! Its the perfect post-work out breakfast that will keep me full until lunch. My favorite ingredients are:
1 Sambazon Unsweetened Açai Smoothie Pack
1/2 of a Banana
1 cup of Frozen Berries (I mix in some frozen cherries too)
1/2 cup of Almond Milk
I toss all these ingredients in my Vitamix on the smoothie mode, and when its finished I pour it into a bowl and add a few toppings. Some of my favorite toppings are strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, banana, granola, almonds, chia seeds, agave or honey. One tip I have learned it to but the softer ingredients in first so it is easier on the blender.
